Michael Drabenstott welcomed guests Michael Adams and Jim Yergey.

Adams is a chef at Hotel Bethlehem, which also operates 1741 on the Terrace and The Tap Room in the historic downtown hotel. Yergey is the founder of Yergey Brewing, a microbrewery in Emmaus that has been open since late 2016.

Michael Drabenstott continues his culinary tour of the Lehigh Valley with guest Rachel Griffith who has been general manager at Apollo Grill for the last 10 years. She is slated to become the new owner of the fine dining restaurant in downtown Bethlehem by the end of 2017.
