Eleanor Bobrow presents a follow-up to her previous discussion on the AARP's efforts to help those later in life succeed in their careers and achieve their goals.

Dr. Marlene Moore-Glass, Project Director for the AARP Foundation Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) once again joins Eleanor. On this evening's program, Debbie Hetrick from the AARP agency also joins the discussion to focus on seeking and gaining employment when you're over 55.

The AARP Foundation began the Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) in the Lehigh Valley in 1985. For the past 31 years, SCSEP has been helping those 55 and older find employment by proving resources, training, and assistance.

On this edition of Take Charge of Your Life, Eleanor Bobrow talks with Dr. Marlene Moore-Glass who has been the Project Director for SCSEP for the past two years.
