I think it is Monday. Sorry there is no play list for last week's show and neither Fuzzy nor I can exactly remember what happened to it. All I remember is eating lolipops in an Emergency Room, something about a canal boat, a kilt (Rowdy Roddy Piper? ), and the story of Lazarus. Fuzzy said Tony played a kick ass version of "After Hours" on World Rhythms, but I have learned the hard way to not buy into Fuzzy's audio hallucinations. Tune in tomorrow.

Happy New Year. We won't even talk about why there are no play lists for the past few weeks. Fuzzy did in fact give me a picture of Jack Brabham for Christmas. The January 1 show dealt with bogus Euros and a birthday tribute to Frank Stokes. The year 1953 came up in two songs. By the way, the Blues Cruise songs of the year 2001 are "Letter From Jail" by D.A. Hunt (mine) and Mickey "Guitar" Baker's version of "Old Devil Moon" (Fuzzy's pick).

Matters of Family will cause my abcents from my usual position behind the mic this week. I am being more than ablely replaced by Audrey Kopeki who is a personal friend and a respected programer. Try and hold an attitude of humility and true appreciation for all of the good that is in our lives. Remember the lessons of the past and the people who made this life worth living. Pray that you can live those values and teacth them to those who will need their wisdom in the furture. Happy Thanksgiving. If I could make a plate for all of you,you know I would.

Questions for President Putin's call-in show on Thursday at 7:30 will include tricky math, his favorite stories from his days as head of the KGB and his Vision For The Future! Questions about the style or cut of his underwear will be dealt with swiftly and uncompromisingly. Laws are changing, planes are fall from the sky like it is the millenium and the station elevator doesn't work. "Take a mouth full of sugar and drink a glass of turpentine". Enough soft Capitalist counter-revolutionary psuedo-science. To the Music!!!!
