The board of directors of the Lehigh Valley Community Broadcasters Association, licensee and operator of WDIY, includes two representatives elected by the members of WDIY.
Each representative is elected for a two-year term, with one being elected at the November annual members' meeting each year, taking place on Monday, Nov. 26 at WDIY's Studio at 7pm this year.

You can self-nominate or nominate another WDIY member with their consent. Nominations open on October 29th, and close at noon on Wednesday, Nov 21. Nominations can be submitted electronically (preferably), to firstname.lastname@example.org (stating Member Representative in the subject line), or in writing to the Executive Director at WDIY.
The elected representative will be expected to attend board meetings that take place bi-monthly on the fourth Monday of the month at 7pm at WDIY, and to participate in one of the committees. In addition, at least one of the member reps should be at the members' meetings that occur a few times per year.
Nominees should provide a brief biography relevant to this board service that includes a brief statement of how their tenure will benefit WDIY, to be posted on the website prior to the election.
