Vote For The Albums Everyone Can Love, For Aug. 15

I guess it's not that big of a surprise, but according to last week's poll, 67 percent of you haven't heard Big Star's #1 Record. One of the nice side benefits of doing this series is that it gives people a chance to discover great albums they've never heard before, so if you're part of the 67 percent that hasn't heard Big Star, take some time to listen. You'll love it.

Last week's poll also continued to confirm that a popular record isn't necessarily a loved record. Most of you gave a thumbs down to Alanis Morissette's Jagged Little Pill, a monstrously popular record when it first came out in 1995. She sold more than 30-million copies worldwide.

Keep the surprises coming! Here's this week's batch of records to consider. Just tell us if you love it or haven't really heard it. By the end of the summer we hope to have a top ten list most of us can agree on.
