Vintage Trouble On Mountain Stage

Vintage Trouble makes its first appearance on Mountain Stage, recorded live on the campus of West Virginia University in Morgantown. Drawing inspiration from soul icons like Otis Redding and Ike & Tina Turner, along with the heavy, guitar-based rock of the 1970s, Vintage Trouble crafts a sound that meets at the midpoint between Led Zeppelin and James Brown.

The product of instant chemistry between charismatic singer Ty Taylor and guitarist Nalle Colt, the group recorded its debut album Bomb Shelter Sessions in just three days. Not long after that, Vintage Trouble was signed to a label and touring with The Who. Joining Taylor and Colt, Richard Danielson plays drums alongside bassist Rick Barrio Dill in this five-song set.
