If you haven’t read a newspaper or driven to Allentown in the past year, you might feel a bit like Rip Van Winkle, should you go there. Where there had been little new, there is a lot of activity – construction, new business, new residential units, restaurants… cranes are the new mechanical birds migrating to the city.
